Lighthouse Document Technologies Inc is seeking a Production Specialist to manage processing and production of electronic evidence for clients and authorities. This remote, full-time role handles conversion of native files to image formats and ensures data quality and SLAs are met.

The position works on Relativity and related tools, creating load files and coordinating with teams. The role demands 3–5 years in Electronic Discovery, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience processing data in an Electronic Discovery environment.
• Experience with Relativity and other litigation support tools.
• Ability to write SQL queries to extract data.
• Proficient in adapting to changing priorities and meeting SLAs.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Identify records for production using advanced queries to prep documents.
• Perform quality checks on client data and deliverables.
• Create and prepare load files for review in Relativity and other tools.
• Ensure imaging configurations meet specifications.
• Communicate job status with production management.
