Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a Processing Analyst for a remote role (US). You will train teammates, improve processing workflows, and ensure high-quality, defensible processing using Nuix, RelativityOne, and related tools.

You will collaborate with project managers and technical stakeholders to meet tight deadlines and delivery expectations. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in eDiscovery, strong Microsoft Office skills, and experience with databases.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience processing data in an eDiscovery environment or similar technical work.
• Relevant industry certifications or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated passion for driving process improvement, collaboration, and innovation as part of a cross-functional team.
• Experience with databases.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Knowledge of computer forensics and tools such as EnCase and FTK preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train new or current team members in department processes and applications.
• Recommend workflow, quality, and SOP improvements to increase efficiencies.
• Support processing initiatives and continuous improvement of systems and processes.
• Maintain and review documentation, playbooks, and SOPs to stay current.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical stakeholders to meet deadlines and resolve issues.
• Execute processing workflows using Nuix and RelativityOne, plus related tasks.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne workspaces and permissions.
