Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a Production Specialist (Tue-Sat, 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM PST) for remote US work. The role focuses on processing electronic evidence for production to clients, opposing counsel, and government bodies, converting files to image formats, and exporting metadata for review.

Qualifications include a High School degree (associate/bachelor preferred) and 3–5 years in EDiscovery. Proficiency with Relativity, iPro eCapture, Nuix, and related tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required; associate or bachelor preferred.
• 3–5 years of data processing in Electronic Discovery environment.
• Experience with Relativity, iPro eCapture, Nuix, LAW, or Summation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify records for production using advanced queries to prep documents for production deliverables.
• Perform consistency checks on client coding against produced documents and families.
• Adhere to company standards and client specifications to meet SLAs.
• Ensure imaging configurations match requested specifications.
• Create and prepare load files and deliverables for review in Relativity and other tools.
