Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a Production Specialist to process electronic evidence for production to clients and authorities. You will convert native files using Relativity and other tools, produce images, and export documents with metadata while meeting industry and client standards.

You will oversee data quality, load file creation, and timely delivery, while maintaining strong customer service and collaboration with production management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of data processing in an Electronic Discovery environment.
• Experience with Relativity and eDiscovery tools is required.
• Familiarity with SQL and scripting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify records for production using advanced queries and prep documents.
• Create load files and deliverables for review in review tools (Relativity, Concordance, etc.).
• Ensure imaging configurations meet requested specs and SLAs.
• Maintain data quality and provide clear hand-off summaries on turnover.
• Communicate status and issues with production management promptly.
• Work on multiple projects, prioritizing deadlines and accuracy.
