Job summary

Lighthouse Document Technologies Inc is seeking a Processing Analyst for Sunday–Thursday nights (10 PM–6:30 AM PST). This fully remote role supports Nuix and RelativityOne processing workflows for client engagements in a collaborative, service-focused team.

The role includes training teammates, improving workflows, maintaining SOPs, coordinating with project managers, and solving complex processing challenges. Strong eDiscovery tool experience and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience processing data in an eDiscovery environment.
• Working knowledge of litigation support and eDiscovery applications.
• Experience with databases and with tools like Nuix/Relativity.
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Commitment to process improvement and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Train new or current team members in department processes and applications.
• Suggest workflow improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Support process initiatives and continuous improvement of systems.
• Maintain documentation, playbooks, and SOPs updated with workflows.
• Configure RelativityOne workspaces and manage permissions.
• Escalate and troubleshoot data investigation issues.
• Master Lighthouse tools and RelativityOne features for client work.
• Estimate timelines and communicate risks to project goals.
• Prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
