Job summary

Lighthouse is hiring a Processing Specialist for a remote, US-based role with a Sun–Thu 4 PM PT–12:30 AM PT schedule. The position offers full-time engagement with a salary range of approximately $55,249 to $60,000 annually.

You will process client data per detailed specifications, operate Nuix and Relativity One, prepare deliverables, and support quality control and analysis tasks across a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Combination of education, experience, and/or certifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Working knowledge of litigation support and eDiscovery software (Nuix and Relativity preferred). 1-2 years of data processing in an e-discovery environment or similar technical work.

Responsibilities

• Process client data per technical specs, procedures, and best practices.
• Execute data processing workflows using Nuix, Relativity One, and other tools; perform inventory, discovery, publishing, remediation, and quality control.
• Create, format, and deliver load files and files for Relativity review.
• Adopt Lighthouse proprietary tools and assist in Relativity post-processing loading and indexing.
• Perform ad-hoc data queries for reporting and analysis.
