Lighthouse Document Technologies Inc. in the United States is seeking a Processing Specialist to join a remote, client-focused team. You will manage data workflows, ensure accuracy, and support eDiscovery processes using Nuix and Relativity One.

This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a distributed team across shifts. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience processing client data per strict SOPs and industry standards.
• Proficiency with Nuix and Relativity One or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process client data according to specifications and procedures.
• Run data processing workflows using Nuix, Relativity One, and other tools.
• Create and format load files and deliverables for Relativity databases.
• Adopt Lighthouse proprietary tools to perform duties.
• Assist in Relativity post-processing loading and indexing.
• Perform ad-hoc data queries for reporting.
• Manage job requests to minimize delays.
• Stage and validate data from original media.
• Provide status updates and handoff instructions.
• Collaborate with local and remote team members.
• Document completed work and next steps.
• Adhere to timelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
