Job summary

Rise Media seeks a Production Coordinator to ensure QA across services and products. The role involves planning, scheduling, directing, and executing production tasks for peak project performance, reporting to the Production Supervisor.

Responsibilities include client communication, timely order responses, coordinating with sales and editorial teams, asset delivery tracking, pricing verification, and maintaining strong client relationships while handling confidential information.

• Proficiency with the G-Suite and Customer service software.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of Rise Media's products and services when engaging with customers.
• Timely and well-written responses to orders via email/phone, coordinating with service departments.
• Follow up and coordinate resolutions of booking requests with the sales department.
• Track customer correspondence and reference staff guidelines for non-routine items/requests.
• Maintain constant communication with clients regarding appointments, asset feedback, and follow-up.
• Build and develop relationships with assigned clientele.
• Verify pricing for all client assets from receipt to invoicing.
• Coordinate with editorial staff to ensure timely asset delivery.
