• Issue purchase orders to vendors domestically and internationally.
• Maintain production schedules and generate weekly client status reports.
• Communicate regularly with clients via phone, email, and Zoom.
• Liaise with Sales and other departments as needed.
• Handle invoicing and ensure all billable parts are included.
