Job summary

DealerOn, Inc. is seeking a Product Support Specialist to work remotely in the United States. You will implement new product orders, become the SME for DealerOn’s product suite, and create training materials.

The role reports to the Implementation Supervisor and supports clients and internal teams. Mid-level position with opportunities to guide growth, manage case requests, and participate in joint calls to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in website content management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training.
• Familiarity with DealerOn proprietary technology.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with calendar and follow-ups.
• Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal abilities for client relations.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes.
• Experience with Salesforce and clear written communication.
• Comfort thriving in a fluid, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and implement new product orders and setup in systems.
• Become SME for DealerOn product suite and assist teams and clients.
• Create training materials and processes for ancillary products.
• Communicate internally and externally to implement products to completion.
• Manage and document client case requests and ensure timely resolution
• De-escalate challenging relationships and participate in joint calls.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and product functionality.
• Attend and conduct trainings on product updates.
