Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a Product Support Analyst to remotely support and improve our internally developed software across multiple domains, collaborating with developers and product stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

In this hybrid-remote role you will analyze issues, perform QA testing, monitor product health, and contribute to operational improvements while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure stability and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of software systems and workflows.
• SQL experience for data querying and investigations.
• Hands-on QA/testing in product development environments.
• Familiarity with issue tracking and ticketing systems.
• Experience supporting internally developed applications (preferred).
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate (plus).
• Ability to read and interpret logs, dashboards, and system metrics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot application issues by analyzing system behavior, data, and user workflows.
• Act as a liaison between end users and development teams, documenting issues, enhancements, and feedback.
