Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software testing or QA experience.
• Strong ServiceNow or similar enterprise platform testing experience.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases, scenarios, and plans for ServiceNow apps.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Log, track, and retest defects through resolution.
• Validate business requirements against system implementations.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product teams to resolve issues.
• Support testing of workflows, configurations, and integrations in ServiceNow.
• Maintain test docs and ensure requirement traceability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Assist in release validation and production readiness checks.
