Qualifications

Responsibilities

- Guide customers through problem-solving steps and offer assistance
- Assess issues and elevate incidents as needed
- Follow up with customers and ensure resolution
- Deliver excellent customer service and exceed expectations
- Suggest improvements to internal and customer-facing docs
- Continuously learn Huntress product and customer environments
