Qualifications

• Heavy equipment experience required or preferred.
• Degree in Engineering, Technology or Marketing preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 90% with some overnight stays.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Proficient with CRM and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and promote parts and service.
• Develop customer relationships to prevent downtime.
• Manage field-based product support processes.
• Utilize JDLINK data and telematics to drive sales.
• Provide customer training and leads for parts/service.
