Job summary

McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group, seeks a Sales Support Manager-Heavy Equipment for Region 3 covering Tennessee and Kentucky dealerships. You will coordinate sales processes, streamline operations, and communicate across departments to boost customer satisfaction and sales growth.

The role requires strong organization, sales sense, and leadership. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and life insurance, with a salary range of $65,000 to $75,000

Qualifications

• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required; associate/bachelor's preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Support Territory Managers.
• Develop sales materials and tools that strengthen the John Deere value proposition.
• Track sales performance, market share, customer prospects, and lost sales reporting.
• Assist with equipment and attachment inventory management and audits.
• Manage sales reporting, customer data and sales enablement tools.
• Support process improvements.
• Maintain historical sales records.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to support inventory and sales operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
