You will coordinate sales processes, streamline operations, and manage administrative tasks while collaborating with branch leadership to boost customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Basic Financial Principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales materials and tools to strengthen the John Deere value proposition.
• Track sales performance, market share, customer prospects, and lost sales reporting.
• Assist with equipment and attachment inventory management and audits.
• Manage sales reporting, customer data and sales enablement tools.
• Maintain historical sales records.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to support inventory and sales operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
