Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Product Strategy Advisor, Personal Lines for a remote‑first role in the United States. The role acts as a strategic consultant, delivering insights on regulatory changes, market trends, and business impacts, while guiding senior leadership with data‑driven recommendations.

You will lead cross‑functional projects, support product implementation, and present to management up to VP level. Remote work with nationwide scope.

Qualifications

BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
6+ years of related work experience, 5+ years in personal lines P&C.
Deep understanding of state insurance regulatory landscape and market.
Excellent understanding of insurance products.
Outstanding analytical and processing skills; big-picture thinking.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to lead through influence and drive work forward.
Organizational skills for fast-paced environments.
Expert knowledge of insurance concepts.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic business consultant and market expert for regulatory changes and trends.
Lead cross-functional initiatives and advise senior leadership.
Provide data-driven recommendations to influence strategy and operations.
