Qualifications

• Familiarity with SQL, Mixpanel, or equivalent analytics tools, or readiness to pick them up fast.
• Genuine interest in how people use software and why they make the choices they do.

Responsibilities

• Join customer conversations and examine support channels to identify product gaps and user pain points.
• Synthesize insights from users and support data into clear problem definitions and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to shape and ship new features.
• Establish metrics to measure feature success and monitor performance post-launch.
• Conduct competitive landscape research, draft release communications, and validate onboarding workflows.
