Flexiple is seeking a curious, data-driven product-minded teammate for our remote-first team. You will listen to customer conversations, translate feedback into actionable requirements, and collaborate with design and engineering to ship features that improve retention and user satisfaction.

With 0–3 years of experience, you’ll use SQL or analytics tools like Mixpanel to analyze usage, define success metrics, and help draft onboarding flows. A dependable home setup for remote work is essential.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of professional experience, with B2B or SaaS preferred; internships qualify.
• Ability to write clearly and think through problems in a structured way.
• Familiarity with SQL, Mixpanel, or equivalent analytics tools, or readiness to pick them up fast.
• Genuine interest in how people use software and why they make the choices they do.
