Job summary

PriceLabs seeks a Product Specialist to be the first contact for customers in a remote-first role. You will own customer issues, conduct product walkthroughs, and diagnose complex problems with a math-heavy product.

The position offers Europe-based eligibility and a clear path to cross-functional growth across Sales, Marketing, and Data Science. You should have up to two years of experience, strong empathy, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Max 2 years of experience in a relevant role or field.
• Empathy and patience are required.
• Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset are essential.
• Math score 85%+ in 10th grade.
• Previous startup or customer support experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills; product is math-heavy.
• Solid verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with databases (SQL queries) and Excel/PowerPoint.
• Experience with Zoho Desk or similar support software.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of customer issues from report to resolution.
• Conducting product walkthroughs and addressing queries.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting to resolve customer problems.
• Providing prompt, accurate feedback to customers.
• Recording and closing all issues properly.
• Answering questions via email, phone, and video calls.
• Finding ways to go above and beyond to help customers.
