Job summary

Flex is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own a core product area within its platform, partnering closely with a lean, senior engineering team to translate complex operational challenges into scalable product solutions. You'll bring structure and rigor to a high-ambiguity space, balancing speed with long-term platform health.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience owning and growing a product at scale.
• Strong understanding of 2-sided marketplace operations, gig worker platforms, e-commerce workflows, and powering tech stacks.
• Proven ability to translate complex business problems into actionable product specs using data-driven insights, with familiarity in user behavior analytics tools.
• Experience collaborating with engineering on service-oriented architectures, APIs, and data-driven systems.
• Exceptional ability to lead by influence and communicate product strategy to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for your product area across the platform.
• Collaborate daily with a senior engineering team to translate requirements into clear technical specs.
• Build tight feedback loops with operations and support to identify friction points and reduce churn.
• Define and track metrics that matter and base roadmap decisions on data.
• Clearly communicate product strategy, tradeoffs, and progress to leadership.
