Job summary

PerformYard, a fast-growing SaaS company, is seeking a Product UI/UX Designer. You’ll collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate roadmaps into intuitive designs that drive adoption and satisfaction.

This is a 100% remote position with growth opportunities as the product team expands. You will contribute to a scalable design system and deliver component-driven interfaces with Figma.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience for a browser-based SaaS product.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and UI design across platforms.
• Experience with component-driven design and atomic design principles.
• Proficiency with Figma and creating annotated specs for developers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to translate roadmaps into clear user experiences and designs.
• Lead UX/UI efforts with engineers in agile Scrum teams to move concepts into implementation.
• Develop wireframes and UI prototypes using Figma and CSS specifications.
• Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency across products.
