Job summary

Stride, Inc. (NYSE: LRN) is seeking a Product Owner/Technical Business Analyst to support MedCerts' Salesforce and LMS teams in a remote role.

Reporting to the Head of Product Management and QA, you will translate business needs into clear requirements and drive end-to-end lifecycle from backlog to release. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product ownership or business analysis, strong analytical skills, and experience with Agile, Salesforce, and learning platforms.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst role.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, & problem-solving ability.
• Ability to explain complex business or technical problems clearly.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and critical thinker.
• Agile methodology experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and document requirements.
• Evaluate requests for dependencies, data impacts, and implications for connected systems.
• Support backlog prioritization by assessing business value, urgency, student impact, risk, and effort.
• Translate requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate work across Salesforce, the LMS, and connected systems to ensure data flow.
• Develop workflow diagrams and business process documentation.
• Build subject matter expertise in assigned business areas and software products.
• Proactively recommend technology and process improvements.
• Partner with developers, administrators, and QA throughout implementation.
• Review test cases for alignment with requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Perform end-to-end testing and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Triage defects and help determine remediation priorities.
• Serve as escalation point for production issues.
• Conduct software demonstrations and write release notes.
• Maintain documentation and validate delivered solutions meet needs.
