Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner/Technical Business Analyst to join MedCerts' Salesforce and LMS teams.

You will translate business needs into clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and coordinate work across Salesforce, the LMS, and connected systems. Reporting to the Head of Product Management and QA, you will support backlog prioritization, perform UAT, review test cases, and document processes to improve data flow and student outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst role.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, & problem-solving ability.
• Ability to explain complex business or technical problems in a logical, easy to follow manner.
• Curious, detail-oriented, critical thinker
• Agile methodology

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, clarify problems, and document requirements and desired outcomes.
• Translate requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate work across Salesforce, the LMS, and connected systems to ensure a consistent experience and reliable data flow.
• Develop workflow diagrams and business process documentation to explain current processes and proposed improvements.
• Review test cases for alignment with requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Perform end-to-end testing and coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing with business stakeholders.
