Qualifications

5+ years in Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst roles.
Analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to explain complex business or technical problems clearly.
Curios, detail-oriented, and a critical thinker.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document requirements.
Translate requirements into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
Coordinate work across Salesforce, the LMS, and connected systems.
Review test cases and perform user acceptance testing with stakeholders.
Triage defects and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
