Job summary

RealTime eClinical Solutions is seeking a Product Owner to translate prioritized initiatives into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria. You will own backlog health and partner with Product Managers to align strategy with delivery plans, while collaborating with engineering, design, and QA to ensure high-quality releases.

The role entails refining requirements, maintaining documentation, and supporting agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in product, business analysis, delivery, or technical role in SaaS/tech
• Experience with agile development and Scrum-like delivery
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and specs
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with detailed documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: PM, Eng, Design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Translate product initiatives into detailed functional and technical requirements including user stories and acceptance criteria
• Maintain and manage the product backlog for assigned areas, prioritized and ready for development
• Partner with Product Managers to reflect strategy in backlog priorities and roadmaps
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Quality to clarify requirements and support implementation
• Lead backlog refinement sessions ensuring stories meet Definition of Ready
• Ensure documentation remains accurate and aligned with functionality
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to support agile delivery
• Ensure acceptance criteria are clearly defined with QA and engineering
• Identify risks, dependencies, or ambiguities impacting delivery timelines
• Support process improvements in delivery and backlog management
• Allocate ~25% time for client visits, conferences, networking
