• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT or related field.
• 2 years of Product Owner experience in an Agile environment.
• Experience in employee benefits, financial services, technology delivery, or related fields is a plus.

• Define Stories and prioritize the team backlog to streamline execution.
• Develop 12–18 month product roadmap and assist in prioritization of features.
• Collaborate with Product Manager on feature creation and backlog priorities.
• Decompose features into story maps and incremental value deliveries.
• Prepare for and participate in PI Planning and execution of roadmap priorities.
• Write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria and non‑functional requirements.
• Incorporate user feedback and analytics to guide decisions.
