Job summary

CAI is seeking a Product Owner to align product vision with development execution, delivering user-focused outcomes and business value. This is a full-time, remote role with a 3-month contract, designed for flexible work arrangements.

You will translate the product manager's vision into clear requirements, maintain a prioritized backlog across multiple sprints, and collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to drive delivery and roadmap alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Discipline, Information Management, or closely related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Strategic Consulting, Design Thinking, Product Development & Management, or Project/Program Management.
• 3+ years of experience working with external clients and fostering positive relationships and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to streamlining the execution of program priorities while maintaining conceptual and technical integrity for features or components.
• Collaborate with Solution Architect, Business Architect, Product Manager, and others to break down features into user stories.
• Act as a bridge between product and development teams by translating the product manager's vision into business and functional requirements, focusing on user outcomes.
• Maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog to support optimal team allocation for multiple (3+) sprints, ensuring backlog health and enforcing definition of ready and done.
• Represent product in governance meetings and track status for leadership.
