Job summary

CAI is seeking a Product Owner to drive alignment between product vision and development execution, ensuring delivery of user-focused outcomes and business value in a fully remote, 3-month contract.

You will groom a prioritized backlog, translate the product manager's vision into actionable requirements, and collaborate with architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver value through agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required as listed.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Strategic Consulting, Design Thinking, Product Development & Management, or Project/Program Management.
• 3+ years of experience working with external clients and fostering positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to streamlining the execution of program priorities and maintain backlog health.
• Translate product manager's vision into business and functional requirements focusing on user outcomes.
• Write clearly defined user stories and ensure acceptance criteria are met.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Discipline, Information Management, or closely related field
