ManpowerGroup is seeking a Product Owner to join a dynamic team in a remote capacity. The role focuses on owning and guiding product development with close collaboration across stakeholders and users, translating complex needs into actionable development tasks.

The ideal candidate has proven Agile experience, strong communication, and hands-on backlog management using Jira and Confluence. This position offers flexibility and a competitive hourly rate on W2.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for backlog management and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Maintain active engagement with the development team to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Understand market trends, customer needs, and business goals to inform product strategy.
