Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for institutional GTM, joining the Product Marketing team within the Institutional group. You will translate complex capabilities into clear positioning and drive client adoption for spot, derivatives, cross‑margin, liquidity, and execution workflows used by hedge funds and asset managers.

Collaborate with Product, Markets, Sales, Legal, and Comms to deliver launches, enablement, and client communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product marketing or institutional GTM.
• Experience in derivatives or market infrastructure.
• Proven cross-functional launch and enablement success.
• Familiar with institutional markets terminology.
• Responsible AI usage with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging for Prime and Markets across asset classes.
• Lead GTM execution for major launches including enablement and events.
• Create enablement materials like talk tracks and battlecards.
• Collaborate with Sales, STPs, and Coverage to clarify capabilities.
• Clarify live vs next actions across regions with regulatory constraints.
