Job summary

Coinbase seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own enterprise and B2B product marketing for Base, focused on financial markets. You will define the go-to-market strategy for institutional use cases and lead launches that position Base as the infrastructure layer for onchain trading, lending and tokenization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product marketing or GTM roles with enterprise outcomes.
• Experience marketing technical financial products with measurable adoption or revenue results.
• Fluency in onchain trading, lending and tokenization; partner with Product/Engineering on roadmap.
• Proven cross-functional leadership from strategy to execution in 0-to-1 environments.
• Experience in regulated environments or BD-led motions for financial institutions.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight for outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise GTM roadmap for Base financial markets across institutional use cases.
• Build a repeatable enterprise proof engine: case studies, enablement collateral, briefs, video content.
• Lead cross-functional launches with Product, BD, CDP, DevRel, Comms, Legal and Compliance.
• Drive competitive/market intelligence; translate enterprise voice into the product roadmap.
• Define and report metrics (pipeline influence, launches, adoption) and optimize strategy.
• Shape and scale Base's enterprise marketing function and mentor junior PMMs.
