Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead a team and own product marketing for key lines of business, translating customer and market insights into positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans.

You will partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing to shape roadmaps, perform TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, and drive growth through launches, adoption, and revenue initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing, GTM strategy, or related experience in B2B SaaS or similar environment.
• 3+ years of people management or leading a marketing team.
• Hands-on experience with pricing, packaging, TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, segmentation, and customer research.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a product marketing team, setting priorities and standards.
• Own product marketing strategy and execution for designated lines of business from market assessment to launch and growth.
• Partner with Product and business leaders to shape roadmaps, investments, and go-to-market plans.
• Develop positioning, messaging, value propositions, and competitive differentiation for assigned businesses.
• Lead pricing and packaging decisions in collaboration with Product, Finance, Sales, and leadership.
• Drive go-to-market strategy for new products and major enhancements, aligning audiences, readiness, and measures of success.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with narratives, tools, and training to win, retain, and expand customers.
• Track adoption and performance; adjust strategies based on results and market feedback.
