Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager of Product Marketing to lead a team and own product marketing for key lines of business. You will translate customer, market, product, and performance insights into positioning, pricing, packaging, and go‑to‑market strategies, partnering with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.

You will coach a team of product marketers, set priorities, and establish standards for high‑quality work.

Qualifications

8+ years in product marketing or GTM strategy in B2B SaaS or similar environments.
3+ years of people management experience.
Hands-on experience with pricing and packaging, market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM), segmentation, and customer research.
Experience creating testimonials and case studies and aligning them with revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Own product marketing strategy and execution from market assessment to launch, adoption, and growth.
Define market and commercial strategy.
Develop customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics analyses.
Manage segmentation, ICPs, and pricing/packaging decisions with cross‑functional partners.
Equip sales and customer success with narratives and tools to win, retain, and expand customers.
Track adoption and performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
