Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead and develop a team while owning product marketing for key lines of business. You will translate customer, market, product, and performance insights into positioning, pricing, packaging, GTM strategies, and growth recommendations in collaboration with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.

Qualifications

8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or similar complex solutions.
3+ years of people management and team leadership.
Experience turning market insights into pricing, packaging, and GTM plans.
Proven ability to develop customer stories, testimonials, and case studies.

Responsibilities

Directly own product marketing strategy and execution for designated lines of business.
Define market, commercial strategy and segmentation, including TAM/SAM/SOM.
Develop pricing and packaging strategies in collaboration with product, finance and sales.
Equip sales and customer success with narratives, tools, and training.
Track adoption and commercial performance and adjust plans accordingly.
Collaborate with executives and cross-functional partners to communicate priorities.
