RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead and develop a team while directly owning product marketing for key lines of business.

This role translates customer, market, product, and performance insights into clear positioning, pricing and packaging, go-to-market strategies, and growth recommendations in close partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or complex solutions.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Proven ownership of product, portfolio, or line of business and drive to growth.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing strategy and execution from assessment through launch, adoption, and growth.
• Define market, commercial strategy, segmentation, ICPs, and TAM/SAM/SOM analyses.
• Own pricing and packaging in collaboration with Product, Finance, Sales, and leadership.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with compelling narratives and tools for wins.
