RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead and develop a team while owning product marketing for key lines of business. Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in product marketing or GTM, in B2B SaaS or similar, incl. 3+ years leading teams.
• Demonstrated ownership of a product/portfolio with measurable adoption or growth.
• Hands-on pricing/packaging, TAM/SAM/SOM, segmentation, customer research, competitive intel, messaging, launches.

Aufgaben

• Directly own product marketing strategy and execution for designated lines from market assessment through launch and growth.
• Define Market and Commercial Strategy.
• Develop customer, competitor, and market dynamics insights via research, win/loss, product data, and field feedback.
• Own segmentation, ICPs, competitive intelligence, and TAM/SAM/SOM analysis to inform where we can win.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product investment, revenue planning, and routes to market.
• Own pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with Product, Finance, Sales, and leadership.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with narratives, tools, training, and competitive guidance.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to identify customer advocates and translate testimonials into proof points for campaigns and exec audiences.
• Track adoption and commercial performance (pipeline influence, conversion, win rate, retention, expansion, price realization) and adjust strategies.
• Communicate priorities, insights, risks, and recommendations clearly to executives and cross-functional partners.
