Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Product Manager for FuzeRx to advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. You will own the roadmap for your product area, partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders to solve meaningful problems for patients and partners.

This role requires strong collaboration, data-driven decision making, and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in Product Management or product-adjacent roles.
• Experience shipping product features with Engineering teams in agile environments.
• Strong analytical skills using product metrics (KPIs, adoption, usability) to inform decisions.
• Clear, concise communication and ability to write effective specs.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of product features from requirements to launch.
• Translate business and clinical needs into product specs with cross-functional teams.
• Lead feature discussions with engineers and stakeholders.
• Support discovery via customer research and data analysis.
• Monitor KPIs, adoption and usability; may own OKR/QBR reporting.
• Triaging features and connect engineering work to user experience.
• Identify technical risks and regulatory constraints in healthcare.
