Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for the FuzeRx product area to own the roadmap and drive initiatives that improve patient care and pharmacy operations.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders to solve meaningful problems for patients and partners. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Product Management or a product-adjacent role.
• Experience shipping product features in partnership with Engineering teams in agile environments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using KPIs, adoption, and usability metrics.
• Clear, concise communication; ability to write effective specs and drive discussions with engineers and customers.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard.

Responsabilités

• Own delivery of product features end-to-end—from requirements through launch and iteration within a defined product strategy.
• Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear product requirements and specs with Engineering, Design, and Data.
• Drive feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners; seek direction from senior product leaders when navigating ambiguity.
• Support product discovery through customer research, data analysis, and validation to ensure features solve real user problems.
• Monitor feature-level success metrics (KPIs, adoption, usability) and use insights to iterate; may own OKR/QBR reporting.
• Optimize roadmap intake—triaging features, bugs, and requests—and connect engineering work to the end-user experience.
• Understand technologies in your product area; articulate technical requirements and flag risks in design choices.
• Build awareness of regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy, escalating compliance considerations early.
