Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap for the FuzeRx product area, partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders to deliver meaningful solutions for patients and partners.

You will translate clinical, business, and operational needs into precise requirements, drive product discovery, and ensure features align with healthcare and regulatory constraints within an agile environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, CS, engineering, health informatics, or related field.
~2+ years in Product Management or product-adjacent roles.
Experience shipping features in partnership with Engineering in an Agile environment.
Strong written and verbal communication for specs and cross-functional discussions.
Experience building products for pharmacy, healthcare services, or medication management.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap for the product area and partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data and Business stakeholders.
Translate clinical, business, and operational needs into precise product requirements and specs.
Lead feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
Prioritize roadmap intake by triaging features, bugs, and requests and connect engineering work to user impact.
Articulate technical requirements and flag risks in design choices.
Understand regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy and raise compliance considerations early.
