Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.
• Demonstrated decision making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated effectiveness in presenting complex information to multiple organizational levels, with strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Introduction to formal product management methodologies.
• 3 years minimum related work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and product planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive product discovery, strategy, and delivery for experiences across the tax preparation journey.
• Partner with engineers, designers, researchers, and business stakeholders to solve customer problems.
• Prioritize opportunities using customer insights, data, and business objectives.
• Define requirements and guide products from idea through launch.
