Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Product Manager to guide a cross-functional team from discovery to delivery, turning opportunities into validated bets and shipped products. You will own bets from discovery to review, lock scope, and align with strategic goals while maintaining the team's records and knowledge.

You'll write briefs, create user stories and acceptance criteria, drive recurring build cycles, prioritize the backlog, and partner daily with design and engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
• Experience with AI tools in product development.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; able to present to leadership.
• Intro to formal product management methodologies.
• Minimum 3 years related work experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and product planning tools.

• Write briefs, scope, and success criteria for bets.
• Create user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive recurring build cycles with prep and build phases.

• Own OKRs and accountability for cycle outcomes.
