Science Exchange is seeking a Product Manager to drive day-to-day execution of our product development process in a remote US-based setting. You will work closely with the SVP of Product & Design and our Senior Technical PM to translate strategy into actionable work for engineering.

This hands-on role requires writing excellent tickets, running efficient sprints, ruthlessly managing bugs, and using metrics to improve delivery.

Competenze

3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in SaaS or platform environments.
Strong experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, and writing clear, detailed user stories.
Ability to work closely with engineering and understand technical concepts (APIs, data flows, integrations).
Metrics-driven mindset with the ability to interpret data and use it to improve product and process outcomes.

Mansioni

Own the product backlog end-to-end: write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prepare ready-to-build tickets for each sprint.
Run core product rituals — standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Track and report delivery metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve team efficiency.
Analyze product usage and operational metrics to spot issues and opportunities.
Manage the bug backlog with precision and prioritize high-impact bugs.
Collaborate with QA, Release Manager, Design, Customer Success, and Implementation.
