Sphera is seeking a Manager, Product Management for a remote US role. You will translate business visions into technical requirements, manage product opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.

Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills are essential for success. Responsibilities include drafting user stories, coordinating with developers and QA, and delivering compelling product presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a technology related field.
• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in a software organization, preferably in software development.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with project development methodology (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Extreme).
• Ability to assess product opportunities through market research and client feedback to develop market sizing, pricing, costing, and ROI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Work with key project stakeholders to understand the business vision and translate it into actionable objectives.
• Provide a communication conduit between business and technical teams by translating needs into technical requirements.
• Document requirements from multiple stakeholders and conceptualize solutions.
• Develop deep understanding of current systems and processes and analyze impact of changes.
• Collaborate with business owners, sales, QA, and development teams; manage inter-dependencies across the product suite.
• Assist in developing and validating test plans; develop product presentations and training for customers.
