Huzzle is hiring a proactive Project Manager to drive execution and operational excellence in a fast-growing startup. The role supports remote teams, builds scalable workflows, and oversees sprint cycles to ensure on-time delivery aligned with strategic goals.

You will implement structured processes, manage standups, and maintain a centralized source of truth for projects, tools, and automation, ensuring consistent progress across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in early-stage or high-growth tech startups.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Agile/sprint methodologies and project governance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and optimise project management tools such as Jira, Linear, or Notion.
• Build and maintain a centralised source of truth for all workflows and projects.
• Drive accountability across teams to ensure timely task completion.
• Proactively follow up on delays and remove blockers.
• Manage daily standups and weekly sprint cycles.
• Anticipate risks and proactively plan to avoid disruptions.
• Monitor communication channels and ensure smooth task progression.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Attend team meetings, capture clear action items, and ensure follow-through.
• Track and report progress across multiple initiatives.
