Zusammenfassung

GovCIO is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy, delivery, and ongoing oversight of a custom-developed product within the OCC portfolio. The role ensures alignment of goals, stakeholder needs, and technical execution to support mission-critical outcomes.

This position offers full remote work within the United States and requires experience in product lifecycle management for enterprise systems, strong communication, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven PM for custom software development projects.
• Ability to define product vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum with cross-functional teams.
• Clearance to obtain Suitability/Public Trust.

Aufgaben

• Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects.
• Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff.
• Reviews, manages and controls status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members and line managers.
• Generally reports to a Program Manager.
• Defines requirements and plans project lifecycle deployment.
• Supervises professional and technical support personnel performing in their regular disciplines.
• Schedules tasks and coordinates with various team members to accomplish the results.
• Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, analysis and reporting.
