Jobgether SRL is seeking a Product Manager to own product definitions, roadmaps, and cross-functional delivery for life sciences software. You will translate customer needs into actionable specs and work with engineering, QA, sales, and consulting to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in product management, with ownership of products or significant product areas.
• Demonstrated expertise in product design, development, strategic planning, and translating customer needs into product solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, define, configure, and validate application-to-application connections.
• Develop product definitions, solution maps, and requirements based on customer needs and market insights.
• Create and manage the roadmap for the product area, aligning priorities with customer needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, consulting, engineering, QA, and other product teams to design and deliver integrated solutions.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear specifications and user stories for engineering teams.
• Continuously research medical affairs software and life sciences trends to identify opportunities.
• Iterate rapidly on product concepts using an agile approach to design, implement, validate, and refine.
