WCG is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market execution through messaging, launches, and sales enablement. You will partner with Go-to-Market, Sales Enablement, and Demand Generation to ensure priority solutions are clearly represented in campaigns and training.

The role emphasizes execution excellence, cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing, and rigorous analysis of funnel performance and competitive trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
• Experience collaborating with GTM, Sales Enablement, and Demand Generation teams in B2B.

Responsibilities

• Support development of market definitions, buyer personas, and messaging frameworks using Pragmatic Marketing.
• Gather customer, market, and competitive insights to support positioning and GTM efforts.
• Support product launches in collaboration with GTM and Sales Enablement teams.
• Contribute to creation of sales tools, messaging guides, and training materials.
• Coordinate with Demand Gen and Content teams to support campaigns and thought leadership.
