Job summary
Jobgether SRL in the United States is seeking an IT Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and continuous improvement of technology solutions supporting business objectives and customer experiences. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, guiding cross-functional teams through design, development, and launch in an Agile environment.
You will also use market research and customer feedback to identify opportunities, manage risks, and drive value across the product lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of product management experience within technical environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Agile product practices.
- Proven ability to coordinate initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with product management tools including Azure DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with goals.
- Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog with prioritized initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams through design, development, and launches.
- Leverage customer feedback and market insights to guide opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain alignment and manage risks.
- Apply Agile methodologies to track progress and deliver value.
