Job summary

BrightStar Care Technology is seeking a Product Manager to help shape and deliver clinical technology products across the BrightStar Care network. In this role, you'll partner closely with Engineering, UX Design, Program Management, clinical teams, and business stakeholders to modernize clinical workflows, streamline care documentation, and improve healthcare operations.

You'll translate clinical needs, user feedback, compliance requirements, business priorities, and technical considerations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years of product management experience in software/tech.
• Translate business goals, user needs, clinical workflows, and technical constraints into product requirements.
• Experience in Agile product development environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication across clinical, business, product, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, UX Design, Program Management, clinical partners, and business stakeholders to plan and deliver solutions.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing features and requirements.
• Translate workflows and requirements into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and system behavior.
• Gather feedback from clinical stakeholders and end users to identify opportunities.
• Track product KPIs and performance metrics to inform prioritization and improvements.
• Support backlog grooming, scope clarification, defect triage, QA validation, and release readiness.
• Lead pilot programs, phased rollouts, change management, and post-launch iteration.
